Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Leader with strong expertise in fa- ade systems and building materials sourcing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end procurement, vendor development, and site installation contracts.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of fa- ade materials ACP, HPL, Aluminium Profiles, Fasteners, Sheet Metal Components, Insulation, etc.
- Hands-on experience in procurement of building materials & fa- ade systems
- Vendor identification & new vendor development
- Aluminum profile development & costing expertise
- Negotiation & contract execution experience
- Monthly procurement planning & forecasting
- SAP/ERP proficiency (MM module preferred)
- Coordination with QC/QA for sample approvals
- Strong documentation & compliance management
Mandatory:
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong commercial acumen & negotiation capability
- Experience in project-based procurement environment
Qualification:
BE / B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical)
MBA (Supply Chain / Operations) preferred
