Manager - Procurement - Diagnostic Segment - Hospital

Project Management:

Lead projects end-to-end (planning, execution, and closure), track progress, manage risks, and handle variations in scope, costs, and timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Program, Procurement, Finance, Operations), partner institutes, manufacturers, and vendors.

Medical Equipment & Procurement:

Research, evaluate, and benchmark medical equipment; assist with technical specifications, BOQs, quotations, and evaluations; and oversee equipment installation and handover.

Reporting & Field Work:

Prepare project plans, MIS reports, and presentations for management, and conduct field visits and site assessments as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 8 - 10 years of experience in healthcare projects, biomedical equipment, or healthcare technology.

- Hands-on experience managing projects related to medical equipment procurement, installation, and deployment.

- Strong understanding of the medical/biomedical equipment market and technical specifications.

- Proven abilities in vendor management, multi-tasking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
