Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead endtoend procurement of agri commodities and food ingredients such as sugar, wheat, edible oils, fats, and other bulk commodities. The role requires strong expertise in commodity buying, vendor management, and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage endtoend procurement of sugar, wheat, edible oils, fats, and other commodities.

- Drive bulk commodity buying with focus on cost optimisation and supplier reliability.

- Oversee logistics and contract management compliance to ensure smooth operations.

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (finance, operations, production, quality) to align procurement with business goals.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to mitigate risks and maximise value.

- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

- Establish procurement best practices and scalable systems.

Candidate Profile:

- 7 to 15 years of experience in procurement of agri commodities/ingredients.

- Proven expertise in bulk commodity buying (sugar, wheat, oils, fats, etc.).

- Strong skills in logistics, contract management, and compliance.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.

- MBA qualification is an added advantage.
