Manager - Procurement

Role Overview:

As a Manager of Procurement based in Mumbai, you will serve as a strategic lead responsible for end-to-end sourcing operations and vendor management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless material flow and cost-effective acquisition. Your daily routine involves negotiating high-value contracts, analyzing market trends to mitigate supply risks, and optimizing the procurement lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for direct categories to ensure timely availability of resources while maintaining strict quality standards.

- Negotiate complex service level agreements and commercial terms with vendors to achieve significant cost savings and improve overall contract value.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with the broader business objectives.

- Monitor market dynamics and supplier performance to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies that protect business continuity.

- Manage the vendor onboarding and evaluation lifecycle to ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical sourcing standards.
