The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activities including strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring timely availability of materials/services at optimal cost, quality, and compliance, while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives

- Manage strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract finalization

- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and spend optimization initiatives

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, supply chain, and projects

- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, quality metrics, and risk mitigation plans

- Handle CapEx and OpEx procurement as applicable to business needs

- Implement process improvements and digital procurement tools where required
