Procurement Manager - Shipping (Oman)

- Develop and execute procurement strategies for vessel agency services (fuel, provisions, port services) and inland logistics (trucking, warehousing, equipment).

- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, customs laws, and company policies.

- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align procurement with business needs.

- Monitor market trends in logistics and shipping to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Prepare procurement reports and track KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and cycle times.
