Manager - Private Markets Monitoring - BFSI

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Manager - Private Markets Monitoring to support portfolio oversight within the private markets domain. This role offers hands-on exposure to private credit monitoring, financial analysis, ESG integration, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with investment and research teams in a globally driven environment.

- The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy data-driven analysis, and continuous portfolio evaluation across private credit, structured assets, and private market investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Private Credit Research team by updating and maintaining portfolio data using company reports and proprietary databases

- Monitor existing private market investments through detailed financial statement and KPI analysis

- Build, maintain, and update financial models, cashflows, and investment analytics

- Assist in preparing portfolio monitoring and credit review reports for fund managers and research teams

- Present key observations and insights to internal stakeholders to support investment decisions

- Prepare comprehensive credit documentation for semi-annual reviews and internal databases

- Support ESG-related analysis and integration within investment monitoring frameworks

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and timely delivery

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in private credit, private markets, private assets, or structured credit

- Strong experience in investment monitoring

- Solid understanding of corporate financial structures, valuation methodologies, and debt & equity instruments

- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with deep knowledge of financial statements and ratio analysis

- Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced) and financial modeling

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality research outputs

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, stakeholder-driven environment
