Were hiring for a Manager Private Credit Operations & Reporting to join the India team of a prominent global asset manager. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of a newly established Private Credit Operations team working alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

- Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for private, illiquid, and distressed credit instruments

- Oversee trade bookings, reconciliations, settlement processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies

- Liaise with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Investor Relations to resolve trade discrepancies

- Lead operational improvement projects, including process redesign and automation

- Coordinate reporting across teams including performance reporting, transaction history, and audit support

- Become the go-to point of contact for the trading desk and support across asset classes.

What Were Looking For:

- 4 to 8 years in fund operations, middle/back office, or project management in financial services

- Strong understanding of trade operations trade capture, P&L, security master, and settlements

- Experience coordinating with Front Office and external stakeholders

- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus

- Prior exposure to credit, private funds, or alternative investments preferred.
