Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Pre-Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving business growth.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, crafting compelling solution proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and influencing key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical foundation to bridge the gap between customer needs and our solution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Proposal Development
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Design tailored solutions, presentations, and proposals based on client needs.
- Prepare technical documentation, RFP/RFI responses, and solution blueprints.
Client Engagement & Presentations
- Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and value-driven presentations.
- Engage with technical and business stakeholders during pre-sales discussions.
- Address client objections and provide solutions to drive deal closures.
Requirement Analysis
- Conduct discovery sessions, client workshops, and gap analysis to understand technical and business requirements.
- Work with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to align proposed solutions with capabilities.
Sales Enablement
- Train and support the sales team on product features, competitive differentiators, and technical selling points.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Project Handover & Collaboration
- Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery with clear documentation and requirement transfer.
- Provide inputs during project scoping and estimation with delivery teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of [insert domain: SaaS / Cloud / Enterprise IT / FinTech / ERP / CRM based on your industry].
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Experience responding to RFPs, preparing technical documents, and leading demos.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Proficient with tools such as MS Office, CRM systems (e., Salesforce), and diagramming tools (e., Visio, Lucidchart)
