Would like to discuss with you regarding following positions in Mumbai for Manager - Prepaid Marketing (CLM) .   Reports To: DGM-Marketing.  Location: Mumbai Corporate Office   Role:  - This National role focuses on prepaid revenue enhancement and will deliver Prepaid Voice and SMS Budgets through product & portfolio designs  - Designing, analyzing & implementing customer retention strategy & activities.  - Managing base growth and applying design and delivery models to manage high value, medium value and low value customer segments  - Competition tracking and devising counter strategy  Product & Portfolio Management:  - Achieve budgeted Prepaid KPI's as discussed and agreed  - Portfolio design to enhance retention and control churn.  - Creation of new services, schemes and campaigns  - Support circle teams in retention activities through continuous monitoring and providing assistance in execution.   Base retention and value retention:  - Increase high value base contribution  - Reducing churn across segments  - Drive CVM Models' execution and model efficiency management  Creation &Management of new Business Processes/Policies:  - Create standardized operating procedures in churn management  - Product / campaign design and financial evaluation  - Creation of guidance policies on campaign indices and offers  MIS Tracking & Generation:  - Tracking & review of circle performance on key business indicators such as base trending, value erosion, upgrades, downgrades, etc.  - Generating actions emanating from above  - External tracking: competition, regulatory, industry  - Periodic reporting and providing inputs for decision making  - MBA  - Experience: 6-8 years - with majority in an operations role  - Domain: U&R role in Telecom  - Behavioural attributes: Team working skills, high degree of analytical skills, communication and influencing skills, process and detail orientation, able to deliver under strict deadlines, ability to work without supervision, innovative in approach  Looking out candidates from Banking into Credit Cards and Telecom Industry only  Please go through the JD and revert if interested with your word format cv and CTC details (Fixed and Variables) and Expected CTC
