About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals with strong sales acumen and proven experience in the real estate industry. This role is ideal for individuals who combine deep industry networks with a technical mindset, enabling them to introduce and position an AI-powered SaaS platform to real estate developers and marketers.
As a Pre-Sales / BD Manager, you will be the first point of contact with clients, leveraging your network to build relationships and initiate conversations. Once the opportunity is established, the sales team will take over to drive closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect, and engage with decision-makers in the real estate industry.
- Leverage personal network and industry connects to generate qualified leads.
- Introduce and position the company's SaaS solution to prospective clients with clarity and impact.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition in a consultative manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and SaaS technology advancements.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of proven sales / BD experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- A technical mindset with the ability to understand and explain SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across regions.
