
- Support clients in integration and separation planning, execution, and implementation.
- Develop detailed project plans covering Day 1 readiness, transition services, synergy tracking, and operational stabilisation.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and value drivers during transaction execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure smooth transition.
- Assist in developing integration/separation playbooks and best practices.
- Contribute to business development efforts through proposal preparation and thought leadership initiatives.
