Position 1: Manager - Finance PMI

Position 2: Manager - Generic PMI (Cost Optimization & Process Transformation)

Role Overview:

BIG4 is hiring experienced professionals to join its Delivering Deal Value (DDV) practice, supporting clients through high- impact post- merger integration (PMI), carve- outs, and large- scale transformation programs.

These roles are ideal for candidates looking to transition from Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Cost Optimization, or Process Transformation into deal- linked execution roles.

Position 1: Manager - Finance PMI

This role focuses on finance- led post- merger integration and carve- out execution, working closely with CFOs and senior finance leadership to stabilize, integrate, and optimize finance functions post- transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Post- Merger Integration (PMI):

- Lead end- to- end finance integration workstreams across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and Management Reporting

- Develop and execute Day 1, Day 100, and long- term finance integration blueprints

- Align Chart of Accounts (CoA), accounting policies, reporting structures, and compliance frameworks (Ind AS / IFRS)

- Support finance system and ERP integrations including UAT and stabilization support

Carve- out & Separation Support:

- Identify finance separation requirements and define standalone finance operating models

- Design interim finance processes and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs)

Pre- Deal & Diagnostic Assessments:

- Conduct diagnostics across finance processes, controls, and reporting

- Identify synergy opportunities, cost optimization levers, and operational risks

Stakeholder & Program Management:

- Partner with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services teams

- Lead and manage teams in fast- paced, deal- driven environments.

Position 2: Manager - Generic PMI (Cost Optimization & Process Transformation)

This role focuses on enterprise- wide PMI execution, with emphasis on cost optimization, operating model redesign, and process transformation across functions (not limited to finance).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead PMI workstreams focused on cost synergies, efficiency improvement, and operating model integration.

- Drive process transformation initiatives across corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Shared Services, G&A).

- Identify and quantify cost reduction opportunities and support execution governance.

- Design Day 1 / Day 100 operating models and integration roadmaps

- Support carve- outs, separations, and TSA governance from an operational lens

- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile (Both Roles):

- 5+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, PMI, Cost Optimization, or Process Transformation

- Exposure to PMI, carve- outs, or large- scale transformation programs

- Strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, and operating models

- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast- paced deal environments

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills

- CA or MBA preferred
