Java, C apps, On-prem infrastructure, Load balancer, CI/CD and DevOps tooling Key roles and responsibilities - Ensure oversight on projects across enterprise and associated budget - Manage cross-departmental risks and dependencies proactively - Implement the program management methodology, ensuring PMO process compliance - Provide support and advice to facilitate decision making for timely execution of the projects - Supervise on the process of determining the priorities and dependencies of programs and projects, in cooperation with all stakeholders, such as squad/team leads, PMO SPOCs and HODs - Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology PMO teams and provide the necessary guidance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team - Present the organizational view of project status to the SteerCo - Disseminate PMO culture to the different departments - Maintain centralized PMO knowledge repository - Lead execution and delivery of multiple high-profile technical, product or software development projects from start to finish. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations and Engineering, to define program scope, functional and technical requirements, team deliverables, dependencies, and delivery milestones. - Partner with Application development leads in support of test planning, bug triage, and engineering milestones. - Continuously monitor and report on program execution to the teams, program leadership, executive management, and stakeholders in a way that is easily consumable by all. - Forecast, manage and pro-actively escalate and mitigate risks and issues. - Build strong relationships across engineering, product, and stakeholder teams. - Interact and drive consensus with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Know when to push back, challenge an idea, and seek out compromise, and do so positively and for the benefit of the program and company
