Client Overview:

Our client is a global market leader in energy-efficient Indoor Air Comfort and Critical Air solutions, serving customers worldwide. The organization is setting up a state-of-the-art HVAC manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune, and is looking to strengthen its leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities.

- Lead predictive, preventive, routine, and shutdown maintenance activities, ensuring proper planning, prioritization, and execution.

- Coordinate and oversee equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

- Ensure adequate inventory of machine spares, and establish an efficient procurement and storage system to avoid production disruptions.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory standards by conducting audits and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

- Monitor and analyze MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, annual maintenance plans, and resource allocation.

- Lead manpower planning, training, and performance management for the maintenance team.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to ensure plant reliability and safety.

Incumbent Profile / Eligibility Criteria:

- 12+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with strong exposure to plant operations and machine maintenance.

- Prior experience in HVAC manufacturing plants or similar industrial environments is highly preferred.

Strong expertise in:

- Maintenance planning and scheduling

- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis

- Budgeting and annual maintenance planning

- Safety management and statutory compliance

- Facility management and shutdown maintenance

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large maintenance teams.
