Performance Management System (PMS) focuses on setting goals, providing feedback, and evaluating employee performance. Employee engagement involves creating a positive work environment, implementing initiatives to boost morale, and fostering a strong company culture to ensure employees feel valued and motivated.
3. Training & Development, Audits
This area covers identifying skill gaps and creating training programs to enhance employee capabilities. Audits ensure that training initiatives are effective and that all HR processes and policies are compliant with regulations and internal standards.
4. Payroll & HR Policies
Payroll management involves processing salaries, taxes, and benefits.
5. Admin & Facility, Welfare Management
This covers administrative tasks, managing office facilities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment. Welfare management includes providing benefits and support services that contribute to employee well-being.
6. Contract Labour Statutory Compliance, Liaison
This involves managing compliance with all labor laws and regulations related to contract workers. Liaison refers to building and maintaining relationships with government agencies and other external stakeholders.
