About the Company
Xneeti is a new age tech platform that empowers Indian brands to grow in international markets. Xneeti is a seed funded startup covered by known publishing houses such as VCcircle. We're seeking a Performance marketing Manager who can drive lead gen on Linkedin/Google and build the qualified lead pool for the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies to generate qualifi ed B2B leads and strengthen brand positioning.
- Create account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key decision-makers in specifi c industries.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities and messaging gaps.
2. Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, etc.) for maximum ROI.
- Manage organic and paid growth funnels, from audience segmentation to retargeting workfl ows.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualifi ed leads (MQLs) align with revenue goals.
- Track and optimize performance across CTR, CPL, and lead quality metrics.
3. Content & Messaging
- Create compelling B2B storytelling frameworks and LinkedIn post strategies for thought leadership, awareness, and engagement.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to deliver scroll-stopping creatives and data-backed ad content.
4. Analytics & Insights
- Use LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on key campaign performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, messaging, and creative strategy.
5. Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with sales, content, and growth teams to ensure full-funnel alignment across channels.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, formats, and audiences.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, B2B trends, and ad platform updates.
- Train internal teams on LinkedIn best practices, outreach frameworks, and engagement techniques.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-7 years of proven experience running Linkedin ads for the US Market.
- Demonstrated success in scaling Linked in spend from $10K to $100K+ monthly while maintaining profitable ROAS.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Excellent communication, project management, and time zone collaboration skills.
