Position: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work: Work from Office (WFO)

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive high-impact paid acquisition campaigns and accelerate pipeline growth across global enterprise markets. This role will own and optimize paid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms, with a focus on generating qualified leads for cybersecurity solutions such as Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Attack Surface Management.

- The incumbent will be required to work closely with the sales, content, and product marketing teams to design data-driven campaigns that convert cybersecurity buyers into pipeline opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute end to end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels.

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns to drive high-quality leads and the marketing pipeline.

- Develop and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting CISOs, security leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.

- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and channel performance to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.

- Work closely with content and product marketing teams to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.

- Track and report campaign performance, including CTR, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing operations teams to ensure lead quality, attribution tracking, and pipeline alignment.

- Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends, competitor campaigns, and new advertising strategies.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.

- Strong hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns at scale.

- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and marketing pipeline through paid channels.

- Experience running campaigns targeting enterprise or mid-market buyers.

- An understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as penetration testing, vulnerability management, or security testing is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.

- Ability to optimize campaigns based on data, attribution insights, and performance metrics.
