Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years in Performance / Growth Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience managing large monthly ad budgets
- Deep understanding of attribution models, funnels, and CRM-based tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B, Fintech, SaaS, or Startup ecosystems
- Experience scaling lead-generation or revenue-driven campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors
