Description:
- We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition and growth for a B2C technology product through high-impact paid marketing campaigns.
- This role requires someone who can independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, UAC) end-to-end
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to scale growth
- Monitor campaign performance and create insight-driven reports
- Work with product, analytics, and marketing teams to improve conversion funnels
- Manage campaign tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Mandatory Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads campaign management
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Mandatory Company Background:
- Candidates must have worked at a B2C digital/tech product company OR a digital marketing agency managing B2C tech product clients
Important Exclusions:
- ecommerce companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc. should be avoided, as their scope of work is not aligned with this role.
- Candidates from service-driven platforms such as Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber should also be avoided, as their user experience is driven by physical services rather than technology-led digital products.
Stability Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years tenure per role is required
- One short stint is acceptable if the candidate has long tenure (5+ years) in a previous role
- Frequent job changes will not be considered
