Role Objective:- Drive e-commerce growth for brands through strategic and data-driven performance marketing interventions across digital platforms and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead digital sales growth by partnering with brands to scale their e-commerce business through effective on-platform performance marketing strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive 360-degree audits and develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Deliver strategic direction and ensure best-in-class execution by closely managing performance marketing agencies.
- Collaborate with Media, Brand, and E-commerce teams to align investments, plans, and ensure timely execution (OTIF).
- Develop and implement AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) strategies across search and display to improve share of voice, brand KPIs, ROAS, and overall volume growth.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics, drive regular optimizations, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs.
- Guide and mentor agency associates/analysts on tactical execution aligned with overall strategic goals.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by presenting industry insights, market research, e-commerce and D2C trends, growth opportunities, and relevant case studies.
- Drive experimentation and introduce new initiatives to enhance brand performance and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems across teams for better productivity and outcomes.
- Co-lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews with platforms, marketplaces, and brand stakeholders.
