Wellopia is a clean-label kids' wellness brand focused on making health tasty, natural, and safe. We combine the goodness of Ayurveda with modern nutrition to create products that parents trust and kids love.

We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth and scale Wellopia across India. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels.

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other paid platforms.

- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.

- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Ads Manager.

- Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives.

- Scale D2C website sales (Shopify/WordPress) and marketplace performance (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

- Track key metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, conversion rates.

- Explore and test new channels for growth - influencers, affiliates, and offline-to-online campaigns.
