The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. This role focuses on driving measurable business outcomes including lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI improvement.
