3 Founders are graduate of IIT Delhi with collective experience of aver 75 years in eCommerce, Supply Chain and Category space
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing paid campaigns on digital channels. Plan and deploy quarterly, monthly and daily budgets.
- Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Manage strategy, establish incrementality and drive regular testing to achieve results
- Work closely with the analytics teams to derive meaningful insights, uncover patterns and drive a data-backed strategy
Eligibility Criteria :
- 1-3 years of experience working in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and affiliate channels are a must.
- SEO understanding is also mandatory
- Understands measurement, attribution and incrementality
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, strong communication skills
- Engineering / MBA background preferred
