Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Collaborate with the Associate VP to develop and refine the digital marketing strategy for India, aligned with brand positioning and commercial priorities.

- Execute campaigns across paid social, paid search, display, retargeting, and affiliate channels, tailored to the Indian consumer.

- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the local performance marketing agency, ensuring timely delivery, optimisation, and reporting.

- Monitor daily performance across channels, adjusting strategies and budgets based on trade, customer behaviour, and competitive activity.

- Oversee execution of all campaign deliverables and reporting, ensuring insights are translated into actionable improvements.

- Work with CRM and eCommerce teams to create customer-led, omni-channel campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.

- Run A/B tests on creative and targeting, analyse results, and implement optimisations to maximise ROI.

- Drive personalisation initiatives using customer data and segmentation strategies. - Stay abreast of digital trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to the Indian market.

- Publish weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations to improve profitability and customer outcomes.

- Manage the India digital marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI.

- Negotiate agency and supplier contracts to ensure commercial efficiency. Team Collaboration & Leadership Potential

- Communicate clearly and consistently across teams and geographies.

What You'll Bring:

- 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce in India.

- Proven success in managing performance marketing campaigns and driving online sales in high-consideration categories.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, GA4, and affiliate networks.
