Key Requirements:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.

- Candidate Must have managed 25 Lacs of budget on META specifically ( Facebook , LinkedIn , Instagram)

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices

- Core experience with companies of a Digital-first nature.

- Must have experience with D2C companies

- Must have scaled budgets and campaigns efficiently over time.

- Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platforms

- Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions

- Familiarity with campaign budget management

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 people

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.

Rolex and Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms.

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goals.

- Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
