Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused digital marketer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Affiliates, etc. to scale up user acquisition and revenue. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on with campaign tools, and has a proven track record of driving ROAS and CAC efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Affiliates, and other digital channels
- Monitor daily performance metrics and budgets to ensure campaigns meet ROI and conversion goals
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
- Analyze data and generate insights to inform campaign performance and future planning
- Manage and optimize customer acquisition funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, budget allocation, and key learnings
- Stay up to date on platform updates, performance marketing trends, and competitor activity
- Work closely with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management
- Proficient in Google Ads, UAC, Meta Ads Manager, and basic web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV
- Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic ads
- Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking (UTMs, pixels, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
