Role Brief:
Marketing Budget Management:
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets across platforms
- Align spends with business and brand priorities
Platform Negotiation:
- Secure premium visibility and new placements on marketplaces
- Drive better ROI through commercial negotiations
Funnel Optimization:
- Track the consumer journey end-to-end
- Identify drop-offs and improve conversion and margins
Performance Delivery:
- Ensure consistent contribution from all performance channels
- Track and deliver on key KPIs over time
- 5-8 years in Performance Marketing or ECOM Brand Management
- D2C (MamaEarth, Wow science etc) , FMCG, or Personal Care Ecom specific experience preferred
- Also could be working at Agency partners like Hive minds, wavemaker handling ecommerce performance for
