Manager - Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Google) | D2C Brand
Our client, a rapidly growing D2C apparel & fashion brand, is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and growth across Meta and Google. This role involves end-to-end ownership of performance marketing strategy and execution, with clear accountability for revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, and new user acquisition, while working closely with creative, product, and retention teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale paid performance channels across Meta and Google, with responsibility for revenue, ROAS, CAC, and growth targets
- Build and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies spanning awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
- Drive structured experimentation across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels
- Partner closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing, insight-led ad creatives
Analyse campaign and funnel data to identify optimisation opportunities and new growth levers
- Lead CRO initiatives across Shopify to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
- Own lifecycle and retention marketing across email, SMS, and WhatsApp to improve LTV and repeat purchase rates
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition roles
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with D2C brands in performance or growth-focused roles
- Candidates with brand-side experience will be preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks
- Highly analytical with comfort across CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts, and funnel metrics
- Experience with Shopify, CRM tools (Klaviyo or similar), and CRO best practices is preferred
