Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will lead and scale our paid media efforts across Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Affiliate networks. You will be responsible for full-funnel performance, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting - with a sharp focus on ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Ownership (Amazon & Flipkart)
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Ensure accurate and SEO-optimized product listings: titles, attributes, images, descriptions, specs
- Monitor platform performance metrics (CTR, CVR, returns, ratings) and continuously improve listing quality
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, inventory, catalog updates, and delivery/fitment timelines
- Liaise with category managers and platform account managers for visibility and support
2. Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Affiliate networks.
- Optimize search, shopping, and retargeting campaigns to drive ROAS and quality leads.
- Coordinate creative requirements, UTM tracking, and landing page inputs with content and tech teams.
- Manger affiliate partners/agencies and their onboarding, campaign rollout, and ROI monitoring.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand.
- Proven success in performance marketing and growth campaigns.
- Strong storytelling, content sensibility, and consumer empathy.
- Comfortable with marketing analytics, channel attribution, and cohort tracking.
- Startup mindset - bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ownership DNA.
- Experience in auto, mobility, or hyperlocal categories would be a huge plus.
