Key Responsibilities:

Must-have (Non-negotiable)

- Managed minimum - 1CR/month spend on Meta Ads (hands-on, not just coordination)

- Strong performance ownership across ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, frequency

- Strong analytics skills: GA4 + Sheets/Excel (can diagnose "why" and fix it)

- Highly organized: naming hygiene, UTMs, testing log, reporting discipline

- Can operate independently with speed + accountability

What you'll do

- Build and optimize campaigns on Meta (primary) + Google Ads

- Set up structures: audiences, budgets, bidding, placements, creatives, UTMs

- Run A/B tests (creative, targeting, formats, offers) and scale winners

- Maintain daily dashboard + weekly/monthly reports with clear insights + next actions

Tools

- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio/Sheets (tracking basics)

Budget Management:

- Manage budgets efficiently across different platforms to ensure maximum ROI.

- Reallocate budget based on campaign performance and business needs.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Maintain effective communication with external agencies or platforms when required.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, Amazon, and other platforms.

- Proven track record of managing and optimizing ad spend across multiple channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

- Cost Per Click (CPC) and Click-Through Rate (CTR)

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

- Conversion Rate

- Budget adherence and allocation efficiency
