Role Overview:
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across paid channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll work closely with the founding team to build scalable and data-driven marketing funnels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (FB/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and emerging platforms.
- Manage full-funnel performance marketing: from awareness to conversion to retention.
- Define and track key KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and more.
- Drive A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and web teams to ensure cohesive messaging and UX.
- Stay updated with trends in beauty, consumer behaviour, and ad platforms to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
- Manage performance dashboards, report insights, and forecast budgets vs results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in performance marketing, preferably with a D2C or beauty/FMCG brand.
- Proven track record in scaling ROAS-positive campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills - proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Excel.
- Deep understanding of digital customer journeys and consumer psychology.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Bonus: Experience with influencer amplification, affiliate networks, or marketing automation.
