Job Summary:
We are looking for a performance-oriented and analytically strong Associate Manager - Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention initiatives across our D2C Platform. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, can think strategically, and execute with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
- Manage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and re-engagement campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals
Analytics & Business Understanding
- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing efficiency
- Apply strong business acumen to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth objectives
Strategy & Execution
- Support marketing strategy development for D2C & B2B initiatives and brand-led campaigns
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure
- Identify new growth channels, tools, and marketing innovations
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, tech, and operations
- Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements:
Education & Background
- MBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute
- Strong academic and professional background
Experience
- 5-6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with B2C companies
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing and retention channels
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM platforms
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent understanding of business fundamentals and customer lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
