Role Overview :

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and engagement through paid marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to develop and execute performance marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and analyze results. Your work will directly impact the growth of our user base and the overall success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms, to acquire new users and drive app installs.

- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement to maximize marketing effectiveness.

- Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to implement tracking and attribution models, ensuring accurate measurement of marketing impact and user behavior.

- Create compelling ad creatives and landing pages, working with the design team to optimize for conversion and user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, proactively identifying and testing new channels and strategies to drive growth.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, communicating key findings, insights, and recommendations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.

- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad formats.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools and techniques, including Google Analytics, Firebase, and attribution modeling.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
