We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead all things performance and paid media at Wishlink. You'll own the end-to-end growth engine-from strategy to execution-across Meta, Google, and in-app channels, focused on driving high-quality installs and conversions. You'll work closely with product, data, and content teams to build efficient, measurable, and scalable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad networks with a focus on app installs, conversions, and user activation.

2. Full-Funnel Tracking: Set up and manage ad platform tracking (Meta, Google), define conversion events, and monitor funnel performance from impression to retention.

3. Take Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign and business-level data to generate insights, optimize spends, calculate CACs, and improve ROAS.

4. Tech Setup & Optimization: Work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular) and server-side setups.

5. Experimentation: Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing experiences to improve performance metrics.

6. Reporting & Dashboards: Build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets, visualise KPIs, Google Analytics, and present performance trends and learnings.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, content, and data teams to ensure alignment across growth efforts.

8. Ownership Mentality: Drive 0-to-1 growth experiments and scale up winning bets with agility and accountability.

9. Creative Bend: Help the content team finalize the creatives ( Design & Communication ) as per growth & performance experiments.

Who are you ?

1. 2-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for eCommerce, B2C, or content-commerce companies.

2. Deep understanding of Meta and Google app install campaigns, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.

3. Strong knowledge of ad tech, tracking infrastructure, conversion pixels, and event-based funnels.

4. Proficient in tools (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Singular.
