Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
- Retargeting and remarketing channels
- Align acquisition campaigns with product launches, gifting seasons and ecommerce promotions.
- Campaign Management & Optimization
Manage end-to-end execution of paid marketing campaigns including.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion and cost efficiency.
- Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to improve conversion across the customer journey.
- Ensure campaigns drive profitable traffic and high-intent customers.
- Data & Analytics
- Track and report key performance metrics.
- Use data insights to refine targeting and budget allocation.
Who We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in ecommerce or D2C businesses preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Analytics or related field preferred.
