Description:
- Performance Marketing (Paid Acquisition & Growth)
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping) to drive revenue and new customer acquisition.
- Own campaign strategy, budget allocation, bidding, creatives, and audience targeting to consistently achieve ROAS and CAC targets.
- Monitor and analyze daily/weekly KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, and revenue contribution.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixel health checks, and event validation to ensure accurate attribution.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, offers, and audiences.
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad fatigue and cost inflation.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
- CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing (Netcore)
- Own end-to-end CRM strategy using Netcore to improve customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and lifetime value.
Design and execute multi-channel retention strategies across:
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Push Notifications
- SMS
- RCS Notifications
Build and optimize automated customer journeys including:
- Welcome & onboarding flows
- Abandoned browse & cart journeys
- Post-purchase engagement
- Re-activation and win-back campaigns
- Segment users based on behavior, purchase history, lifecycle stage, and engagement levels.
- Personalize communication to improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue per user.
- Analyze cohort performance and continuously refine journeys to maximize retention ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6-10 years of experience in Performance Marketing (complete product marketing till product sales), website management (Shopify), and CRM Management Netcore in E-Commerce Pet industry would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital channels for marketing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Optional: Proficiency in CRM tool (Netcore) and analytics platforms is an added advantage
