Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-velocity Performance Marketing Manager with over 6 years of experience to lead growth initiatives across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-budget accounts, driving measurable ROI, and implementing advanced bidding strategies within complex digital ecosystems.


The ideal candidate has a strong pedigree from a digital agency or a high-growth sector like BFSI/IT, with deep technical mastery of the Google Marketing Platform and Meta Business Suite. You will act as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders, translating performance data into scalable business outcomes.

Technical Responsibilities:

- Multi-Channel Strategy Architecture: Design and oversee high-impact performance campaigns across Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, and Programmatic channels to drive user acquisition and revenue.

- Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Implement sophisticated campaign structuresfrom awareness and prospecting to retargetingensuring a cohesive customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

- Advanced Platform Management: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in enterprise-grade campaign management platforms, specifically Search Ads 360 (SA360) and Display & Video 360 (DV360).

- Strategic Account Oversight: Manage end-to-end performance for large-scale accounts, ensuring optimal budget pacing, bid management, and adherence to CPA/ROAS targets.

- Data-Driven Performance Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing granular insights into campaign health and growth opportunities.

- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with creative and web teams to optimize landing pages and ad copy, utilizing A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion efficiency.

- Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage first-party data and advanced lookalike modeling to reach high-value audience segments while maintaining data privacy standards.

- Attribution Modeling & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis into multi-touch attribution to accurately credit marketing spend across different channels and devices.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex performance metrics and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and data-led decision-making.

- Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and privacy-first marketing trends (e.g., Cookie-less tracking) to ensure a competitive edge.

Required Technical Stack:

Search & Display: Google Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), DV360, Bing Ads.

Paid Social: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Data Visualization: Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Tableau, or Power BI.

Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu for competitive intelligence and keyword research.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Certifications: Active certifications in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video) and Meta Blueprint are highly preferred.

Background: Proven track record in a leading Media Agency, Digital Consultancy, or the BFSI/IT sector.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-collaboration skills.
