Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and growth initiatives across digital channels. This role owns strategy, budget, team execution, and ROI, working closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to drive predictable and scalable revenue.

Strategy & Growth Ownership:

1. Define and execute the overall performance marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals

2. Own acquisition targets, CAC, ROAS, CPL, and pipeline contribution

3. Identify new growth channels, audience segments, and scaling opportunities

Paid Media Leadership:

1. Lead and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms

2. Oversee full-funnel campaigns (awareness - consideration - conversion - remarketing)

3. Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing and growth sprints

Team & Stakeholder Management:

1. Manage and mentor performance marketers, media buyers, and agencies

2. Collaborate with Sales, Design, Content, Product, and Tech teams

3. Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership

Analytics, Attribution & Reporting:

1. Own analytics setup including GA4, GTM, Pixels, CRM integrations

2. Ensure accurate attribution, lead quality tracking, and funnel visibility

3. Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards with insights, learnings, and forecasts

Conversion & Funnel Optimization:

1. Improve landing page performance, lead quality, and conversion rates

2. Partner with UX, content, and tech teams to enhance user journeys

3. Align marketing outputs with sales conversion and closure metrics

Ideal Candidate

1. 4+ years in Performance / Growth Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

2. Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

3. Proven experience managing large monthly ad budgets

4. Deep understanding of attribution models, funnels, and CRM-based tracking

5. Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in B2B, Fintech, SaaS, or Startup ecosystems

2. Experience scaling lead-generation or revenue-driven campaigns

3. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

4. Experience working with external agencies and vendors
