Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing (Meta + Google)
- Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube
- Build a full-funnel growth strategy awareness acquisition retargeting repeat
- Collaborate with visual & product teams to develop ad creatives, videos, banners, and copy
- Set up structured experiments (ad formats, audiences, creatives, bidding strategies)
- Monitor daily spends, ROAS, CAC and campaign performance dashboards
- Attribution, Tracking & Analytics
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer / Branch / Adjust
- Understanding of Meta SDK, MMP events, tracking links, deep links
- Work with product & engineering on correct event instrumentation
- CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Management
- Build journeys, segmentation, campaigns, nudges and A/B tests on CleverTap
- Manage push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app messages, email flows
- Own D0D30 retention metrics and repeat purchase rates
- Build a structured churn-prevention and win-back strategy
- Growth Ownership
- Own the companys CAC, channel ROI, retention and LTV
- Create dashboards to track cohort performance and funnel drop-offs
- Identify new growth channels (offline, influencers, micro-creators, partnerships)
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in e-commerce, consumer apps, or D2C brands
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads + Google Ads campaign execution
- Experience working with AppsFlyer / Branch and event mapping
- Prior experience creating CRM journeys in CleverTap (must-have)
- Solid understanding of marketing data, cohort analysis, and attribution
- Strong project management, copy instincts, and eye for creatives
- High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with fast-paced environments
