Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation :


- Develop and execute paid social media strategies on LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms to generate qualified leads.


- Improve PPC and Google Display campaigns.


- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.


- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics to improve ROI.

2. Social Media Growth & Community Building :


- Drive organic social media growth across platforms.


- Develop engaging content strategies to enhance brand visibility.


- Build and manage a community of engaged followers, fostering meaningful conversations.

3. Influencer Engagement & Partnership Management :


- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers relevant to the PT industry in the USA.


- Oversee content collaboration, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting :


- Track, measure, and report on campaign KPIs and overall marketing performance.


- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce for insights.

5. Collaboration & Strategy :


- Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.


- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
