About the Role:
- Were looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- The ideal candidate will own the paid marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and display networks.
- This is a hands-on role that combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving.
- You will experiment, iterate, and scale successful growth strategies to drive profitable user acquisition and sustainable subscription revenue for a global digital product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and emerging platforms, focusing on performance, experimentation, and scale.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that drive new user acquisition, improve trial-to-paid conversions, and increase long-term subscription value.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, and retention cohorts to ensure efficient spend and profitable growth.
- Implement structured testing frameworks for ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Business teams to align acquisition and retention efforts with broader company goals.
- Forecast and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and performance marketing innovations to identify new growth opportunities.
Who You Are:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing large-scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and subscription-based growth using data-led strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in experiment design, conversion tracking, and cohort analysis.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of making data-informed decisions and executing independently.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Prior experience working with a global consumer or subscription-based brand is a strong plus.
- Background in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred)
