Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the operational delivery and governance of global Performance Management and Employee Engagement programmes from a centralised HR Shared Services environment. The role will oversee enterprise performance cycles, workforce-listening programmes and employee-engagement initiatives across multiple business units and regions. The successful candidate will drive consistency, operational excellence, accountability and a strong employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of enterprise performance-management processes, including annual and mid-year reviews, goal setting, calibration, documentation and employee feedback. - Oversee workforce-engagement and listening programmes, including employee surveys, pulse checks, sentiment analysis and action planning. - Manage the centralised service-delivery model for performance management and engagement. - Ensure achievement of defined SLAs, compliance standards and service-quality expectations. - Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent teams and business leaders to coordinate performance timelines, governance, communication and execution. - Monitor performance-cycle metrics, completion rates, engagement trends and workforce insights. - Identify operational risks and opportunities for process improvement. - Standardise and simplify performance-management and engagement processes across global business functions. - Lead issue resolution and escalation management relating to performance operations and employee-feedback processes. - Collaborate with Digital HR and HR Technology teams to improve platforms, workflows, reporting and automation. - Lead and develop a team responsible for performance-management and engagement operations. Candidate Profile: - 9+ years of experience in performance management, employee engagement, workforce listening or HR Shared Services. - Deep expertise in managing enterprise performance cycles within a large global organisation. - Experience delivering employee surveys, pulse checks, sentiment analysis and engagement programmes. - Strong understanding of performance-management methodologies, goal setting, calibration and feedback processes. - Experience managing large-scale programmes through a GCC or Shared Services delivery model. - Ability to use workforce analytics, performance metrics, employee-sentiment data and service KPIs. - Strong process-optimisation and operational-governance capability. - Experience managing risk, compliance, quality assurance and escalations. - Familiarity with Digital HR tools, performance-management platforms and workflow automation. - Exposure to Great Place to Work or similar employee-experience programmes would be advantageous. - Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
