
Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Performance & Rewards (P&R) Manager to support enterprise-wide initiatives across compensation, benefits, policies, and data analytics. This role plays a key part in driving data-backed decisions, shaping the rewards framework, and influencing employee experience across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional HR teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Rewards:
- Support strategy, design, implementation, administration, and communication of all compensation programs.
- Lead research, benchmarking, and internal data analysis to ensure compensation policies remain competitive and equitable.
- Stay updated on local regulatory requirements and collaborate with Legal and external consultants to ensure compliance.
- Drive the annual compensation review cycle, including market intelligence and alignment to internal compensation guidelines.
- Partner with HRBPs and TA to deliver effective rewards solutions and support broader HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and COEs to provide guidance on complex compensation and benefits cases.
- Work closely with Finance and business leaders on budgeting and adherence to approved reward frameworks.
Policies & Benefits:
- Support the design, review, and enhancement of HR policies to strengthen employee experience across the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and improve benefits programs.
Data Analytics & Audits:
- Analyse workforce data and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend proactive interventions.
- Partner with HRBPs to understand organizational sentiment and prepare trend summaries and insights for leadership.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Performance & Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in advanced Excel and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with HR and senior management.
- High ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience working in HR COE teams within a GCC setup, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
