- Tracking SKU-level sell-out performance
- Optimizing assortment strategy platform-wise
- Improving discoverability across category searches
- Aligning inventory availability with campaign visibility
- Monitoring price competitiveness vs peer brands
- Strengthening hero SKU performance
2. Retail Media & Platform Advertising Strategy
- Campaign structuring at SKU level
- Keyword discovery and optimization
- Budget allocation across platforms
- Sale-event visibility planning
- ROAS monitoring and optimization
3. Quick-Commerce Channel Expansion Strategy
Drive performance across:
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Swiggy Instamart
4. Digital Shelf & Catalogue Excellence Ownership
- Ensuring catalogue consistency across platforms
- Improving PDP conversion performance
- Aligning content with category search behaviour
- Strengthening feature differentiation vs competitors
