Job Title: Manager - People Operations (HR)
Location: India Technology Centre
Experience Required: 8+ years
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead People Operations for our India Technology Centre. This role partners closely with local leaders and the Global HRBP to drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to site leadership
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Support recruitment, talent development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Drive HR initiatives in compensation, benefits, training, and recognition
- Collaborate with global HR teams and COEs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or matrix environment
- Strong knowledge of India labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office; Workday experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
