Job Requirements: - 15-20 years of progressive HR and OD experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Experience in nonprofit, rural development, or mission-driven organizations is preferred. - Proven expertise in OD strategy, leadership development, and change facilitation. - Familiarity with HR Information systems (HRIS), labour laws, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices, and safeguarding mechanisms.
