Manager - PDC


Project Planning, Co-ordination & Management :


- End-to-end project management & Site supervision for building maintenance & green field projects.

- Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over -runs to ensure timely execution of projects.

- Overseeing the course of tasks in executing the project post planning and finalization of design.

- Tracking and controlling cost accruals based with respect to budgets.

- Monitoring project status, cost and time reconciliation.

- Be involved in coordination of architectural designs with other disciplines, such as structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).

- Various repair works to maintain the Properties across PAN INDIA.

Construction Management (end to end experience in managing Civil, MEP & Interiors)

- Reviewing the engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, review & analyze contractor's work order proposals & submittals.

- Ensure proper co-ordination between various consultants, sites and other departments for all activities

- Providing technical input to CFT (Cross Functional Team) for material specifications, efficiency of design, and selection of contractors.

- Ensuring timely bill certification of vendors.

- Ensure all snag clearance.

- Ensure appropriate documentation for all the projects handled - drawings, warranties, AMC's etc.

- Identify opportunities for improvements & make constructive suggestions for change

Liaison :

- Act as a single point of contact between management & liaison consultant (municipal consultants) having knowledge about process and approvals of MCGM, BMC, TMC, Building proposal, Land Record Dept, Estate Dept, Surveyor, EE (T&C), MOEF Consultant, Airport Authority of India and other government departments to obtain various NOC's and compliances.

- Facilitate all the documentation required by the liaison consultants for all the approvals like LOI, IOA, IOD, CC, Further CC, Full CC & occupation and preparing compliances for the same.

- Review all draft reports/documents at various stages from approvals point of view.

- Review and checking of all the municipal drawings to ensure adherence to Design intent and project vision.

- Follow ups & monitoring to ensure timely approvals from various departments.

- Monitoring of approvals costs.

- Prepare FSI, TDR statements & project design feasibility based on DCPR rules and available data.

Qualification

- Bachelor's / master's degree in civil engineering

- 12-15 years of experience in construction management with relevant end-to-end experience in managing Civil maintenance, green field projects & Interiors.

- Experience of liaising with statutory bodies for various approvals & NOCs.

- Strong Stakeholder Management

- Project Management Experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Problem-solving skills and good initiative.
