Ideal candidates should have :

- Strong end-to-end audit background

- PCAOB audit exposure or inspection experience

- Active client management experience

- Must have served min 1 busy season as Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct Quality Reviews : Perform detailed reviews of audit engagements across various industries (commercial and non-commercial sectors), ensuring compliance with standards and identifying areas for improvement.

- Coach & Develop Talent : Provide constructive, 1:1 coaching to audit professionals based on review observations, helping them apply insights to elevate their work on future engagements.

- Facilitate Targeted Training : Design and deliver specialized training sessions to address common findings and strengthen the quality culture within the practice.

- Analyze & Support Strategic Actions : Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze quality trends, root causes, and help formulate actionable plans to address gaps.

- Stay Technically Current : Proactively maintain expert knowledge of audit standards, technical guidance, and industry-specific developments.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- A qualified CA/CPA (or equivalent) with significant prior audit experience.

- Deep technical knowledge of auditing standards and a keen eye for detail.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for coaching and developing others.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively to all levels.

- A proactive learner committed to maintaining technical excellence.
