We are in the screening process for Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Specialist / Manager.
Responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, administering employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This role also involves compensation analysis, policy development, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee data and deliver timely, accurate payments and benefits.
Location : Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate wages, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement plans).
- Handle enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefits plans.
- Liaise with external vendors for benefits and payroll services.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Compensation & Compliance:
- Research and analyze compensation trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Assist in designing salary structures and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare reports for management on payroll and benefits costs.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams for reconciliations.
- Support annual compensation reviews and budgeting.
- Provide training and guidance on payroll and benefits processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 4-14 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (e.g , SAP, ADP).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent.
- HR or Compensation & Benefits certification (optional).
